Fees
Foursome of Golf: $400
Foursome and Hole Sponsorship: $750
Individual Golfer and Dinner: $100

Awards
Prizes will be awarded to the gross low scoring All Women team, All Men team, and Mixed Gender team. Additionally, we will award longest drive and closest to the pin prizes for both women and men.
Scoring and Rules
This 9-hole golf tournament is a scramble format. A shotgun start will take place at 3pm. We will play the back nine holes at Park City Golf Club. The detailed rules will be distributed on the day of the tournament.
This Year’s Charity
The proceeds from this event will go to benefit Alzheimer Association, Utah Chapter. They offer support to anyone facing Alzheimer’s, advocate for the needs and rights of those facing dementia and advance critical research.
BBQ Dinner at Parish Center
Following the golf tournament, we head to St. Mary’s Parish Center for drinks and a BBQ dinner. The awards and other prizes will be presented following dinner.
